Yikes!!!! I have read several of the reviews and whomever management is you seriously need better communication skills and customer service abilities cause if you took my money and did half of what you did to these clients I would have you in court so fast your head would spin. Double booking, poor food, lack of communication, not responding for a time unend especially when a contract is signed. Spent 3 weeks trying to book a date for a wedding and when they finally got around to us our preferred dates were already booked. In the proposal they sent us there was a couple things that stood out. There was a minimum guest count that was never communicated to us and was never posted to their website. When we sent a response email they said “we can’t do anything about that”basically saying they wouldn’t even work with us. In paying for a May 24, 2025 wedding, we received an invoice that showed we were billed twice for taxes on services. This error was pointed out in June 2025. The owner chose to stand on her math. To get a reimbursement for the billing error, we experienced the following: 1. Fourteen or fifteen back and forth e-mails. 2. Sent two separate 10 day demand/request for payment letters. 3. Venue is beautiful. Management, communication, food was horrible. Rather than working with one person, the entire time of wedding planning we were passed down between three people. Each Time we were passed down from one person to the next, the agreements we had made with the previous person were not honored and took forever to get finalized on paper.
