Venue is beautiful. Management, communication, food was horrible. Rather than working with one person, the entire time of wedding planning we were passed down between three people. Each Time we were passed down from one person to the next, the agreements we had made with the previous person were not honored and took forever to get finalized on paper. Very unprofessional by non communicating! I viewed the venue in August, Brittani responded after numerous emails, calls, texts, FOOD WAS HORRIBLE (smothered chicken was SALTY) as the ENTIRE MENU SUCKED!!!! DRINKS WERE WATERED DOWN, the good news was MISS DAPHNEY MADE MY NIGHT, she went over and beyond to help me make the night awesome! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
Never again!!! If no stars was an option. Brittany the manager of the venue was absolutely unprofessional. Communication was lacking for confirmation of date availability for my parents anniversary. She went missing for weeks then just popped up as if everything is going as planned. The venue is beautiful but the food was horrible. The drinks were terrible (all generic well liquor). Do not waste your time or money!!!
The event space itself is beautiful but the conduct of the management was horrible my mothers 10 yr anniversary was there and the woman(Brittany) upcharged for any type of outside vendors Dj,food,photography and the food was terrible salty over cooked chicken and under cooked fish followed by knowledgeable staff . The bartending was inexperienced and distasteful but willing and pleasant. We had a great night over all but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone for the sake of you having EVERYTHING you would want in a venue.
The venue is beautiful and the staff are great! However the communication here is lacking! Do not expect to get any questions answered promptly or easily.
