The venue is beautiful and the staff are great! However the communication here is lacking! Do not expect to get any questions answered promptly or easily.
Work rally was held here and the space was perfect and the service and up kick was above and beyond.
I truly don't even know how to start this post, but this day was an utter disappointment. I contacted Sheri and Romney, to find out more about this venue. Ultimately, this led us to scheduling a tour, which I confirmed twice through text. When I arrived today I was meet with an absolutely beautiful venue however someone else's big day day was in progress. Unprofessional and extremely rude customer service. Website says the Heart of St. Charles Ballroom venue is available as well as through text confirmation when booking appointment. Apparently has been closed for a couple years.
