I arrived at my appointment as per my primary doctors referral. After waiting for a few minutes the receptionist informed me my appointment was for a different day. I told her I had driven from Edcouch, in dense fog, she told me my doctor's office obviously made a mistake and that she could not work me in. No compassion, no apology, nothing. Looking for a another doctor with friendlier staff!
