Because the customer service is not very good at all and I get notifications that if I check in on fb that I will get a dollar off my purchase and then they dont honor it. I’ve been to several Herbalife clubs and Heart city is my least favorite and one of the most costly.
This is a really great place and the staff is really friendly. I love the different flavors of shakes and the tea is the bomb. I love my niece Kayla who has been very helpful in helping me with my weight loss journey.
