First time going there today and the staff are amazing. These place will be my daily routine. I love the smoothies and the teas. And I will be starting their cardiac drumming class. 😊😊😊

This place is amazing. I only go workout because I know I'm in for a special treat afterwards. I hate veggies and with their smoothies I know I can get all the nutrients I need because it's full of all five food groups. My new fast food place to go.
