This center must be very popular yesterday I was on hold twice for over 40 minutes each time and was disconnected. Today I was on hold for 1 hr and 12 minutes before I finally made an appointment. According to the person I was only on hold for 11 minutes. My Dr's appointment is 5 weeks away.
Doctor Anjum is great! The only reason we are here. The stuff who answer the phone they need people skills. I'm the one following up on the referral since 1/22/26. I called today 2/10/26 to get an appt or they won't call you. They supposed to call me yesterday but you are NOT a priority, if you don't call nothing gets done at this office. Bad service and bad experience from day one.
The staff particularly Connie Rosa has been a life saver for me and my family. My father is also a patient and feels the same way. Connie definitely deserves a raise and some special recognition for her work there. Maybe a healthy bonus. Top shelf person
This location has very unprofessional staff, the younger lady at check in is demeaning to the patients, with lack of empathy or consideration to the care of patients. I heard another patient expressing concerns to her when that patient walked away she could be heard saying please don't let me act like that when I am old. The appointments appear to be overbooked which causes appointments to be late exceeding an hour. The staff poorly repents the greatness of the cardiologist at this location.
