After a discouraging experience with another cardiologist in town, I switched to Dr. Bhatti and I’m so grateful I did. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The office staff is just as wonderful, professional, compassionate, and supportive. Not sure how this review forum is not inundated with horrible reviews. After numerous appointment cancellations over a couple years span, to not being able to get med dosages filled properly I’m at my wits end. Went in for an echocardiogram and was told to reschedule that they are running behind, I suggested I would wait, they said she’s 15 mins behind at 10:30 am and was going to reschedule me. Couple issues: They sent approval paperwork over to the dentist for oral surgery, and on it, they said to give ibuprofen and no antibiotics. Now, I don't know if you know, but Ibuprofen is not recommended for people with heart issues and especially not for those who have had a CABG, like this specific patient. Also, during their last appointment, they said the EKG was abnormal, but that's normal after a CABG. After a year of not having heard that, we asked for clarity, but no clarification was given.
