First, Dr Raxwal refused to visit me in the hospital for nearly 5 days, even though he was paid to be assigned to me. He also refused to respond to multiple phone calls from the attending physician, my nurses, and even the charge nurse. I had to demand to be released before he would finally take the attending physician's phone call. Second, I had an appointment to review the results of a 30 day heart monitor session that was scheduled 2 weeks after I told the receptionist I had completed it and returned the monitor.
