This place is absolutely a joke! Find another provider otherwise they will bs u. Zero communication between doctors n nurses along with the billing department. Save yourself the headache.
Kristin practices at the Iowa Clinic Urgent Care in Ankeny. By chance, I have seen her twice for medical concerns with my child. The first time, she seemed disinterested in the severe symptoms my child was presenting with. She sent us home. After dismissing us from the clinic, she called and said I should actually go to the ER. I cannot tell you how frustrating the last two, working on 3 weeks have been for me. I had an opinion from a specialist, who then referred me to Rydberg as my PCP to confirm and get local care. Rydberg said she wasn't sure she agreed so she ordered labs she wanted, while the specialist had their labs coming in. It turned out that the labs came back to favor what the specialist said, and that specialist recommended an MRI, yet didn't feel comfortable writing one from out of state. I have had many appointments and procedures with The Iowa Clinic Urology department to get me through a rough time in my life. I have always had excellent care and treated with respect and empathy. I always felt like my doctor was on my side and had my best interest at heart. I have never second-guessed my decision to use them for my health issue.

If you value your health and well-being, please stay away from this place. Wait times of over 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. If you have to leave, be prepared to be attacked by the doctor and staff. They are vindictive and will lie. Trying to follow up with the corporate offices will only result in more problems. Rather than listening to their customers / patients, they will go on the attack. Their processes mean nothing when professionalism and/or level of care is questioned.
I would give him minus five stats if i could. Vety rude. Comes into your appt not at all informed of why you there. Insensitive, rude. Nice kind voice. Dont let it fool you. Dont trust him. Nurse rude.
Dr. Andrew Tigges gets 10/10 for our visit today. Dr. Tigges was Quick, Friendly, Kind, and efficient. My son who is 7 said he was so nice to him, and won’t so come to see him again 😊
