Seems like a real professional practice…that is, until you try to get a hold of them. This is the most unprofessional practice that I’ve ever reached out to. I am suffering with depression and this is the only place my insurance covers and yet they have not answered a single one of my calls or my doctor’s calls. Prior to my admission process , Jesse reached out to me via text after my online application in less than 24 hours. The best part is that they scheduled my appointment immediately for my first visit 10 days after speaking with Jesse. This review is prior to any in facility encounterment, but I felt like this review is necessary for anyone looking to get in treatment status. I have been going to Heart and Soul in Wantagh for approximately two months now and I am extremely satisfied with them. My therapist is Alyssa and she has been very supportive, caring and helpful. Helen, who provides meds if necessary, is also very supportive and helpful. The staff and management have gone above and beyond to get me in despite the current shortage of mental health care professionals. They are all good people and I highly recommend them if you are seeking therapy. Neil G.
