The staff was ok, but dr Szwajkun was horrible. He had me do multiple tests, which is fine. I come back, and he doesn't remember that I did the tests, which also means he didn't review the results. Then he gets mad at me cause I didn't take his advise serious enough. I try to explain why his treatment plan didn't make sense to me with my unusual heart issue, but he did not want to hear what I had to say or take the time to educate me on what was happening. This office is a joke. Get returned calls days later and don’t address all the messages I left. Had blood work, MRI/stress test done and two weeks later still haven’t heard anything on my results. Called and was I need to make an appointment. How do I know when the results come in and have been looked over. The dr only give a few days at a time for patients to be seen at a time.
We made an appointment for my brother, the nurses and the doctor weren’t very nice. We came there for answers and they made us seem stupid because we were recommended to this doctor for my brothers heart.
Horrible experience. Caught in traffic because Bangerter was under construction. They said they had to reschedule since I was more than ten minutes late. Drove from West Valley and waisted time in traffic. Office wasn't busy. I fired the doctor and did not reschedule. I was having symptoms and not willing to see me immediately. Not a very good practice. Doctor was David Massinople.
They said they do not provide cost estimates when I called with a couple CPT codes. Seems sketchy.
