Free for DC residents, fun place to hangout
Great pool to go to family oriented with a school field and playing ground next to it not as chaotic as the the other Dpr outdoor Pools. Only reason I gave it a four-star is it’s consistently understaffed and the younger lifeguards close the pool before closing time
Overcrowded even during the week with kids running wild by the chairs and tables without any real lifeguard supervision. Pool is really not that big and adults can't really enjoy it because the kids are poorly supervised. Would not recommend going here if you have a choice compared with other DC pools. It's relatively new and clean is the only positive but due to the poor attitude of the lifeguards and staff, I would avoid this recreational pool.
Great pool and clean! Needs more shade. It should be ok to allow baby and small kids to grab small bite.
