Hearn Insulation & Improvement Co Inc and bad experience! We had a terrible experience with this company. They put in insulations then installed a ceiling fan. About 9 mos. later, during the heavy rains of a tropical storm, our ceiling started leaking significantly. It took a couple of weeks for them to come out and fix it. Well, that lasted about a year, and it started leaking again. The molding around our attic cracked, and it got our wooden floors wet. This time they were very uncooperative about fixing it. Terrible Customer Service - BEWARE Well, first of all let me start by saying I have never written a review about a company before. I feel compelled to write this review now because of the absolutely terrible customer service I just received when speaking to the woman who answered the phone at Hearn Insulation. I'm seriously shocked! This woman, who I believe is named Shirley, has issues. She seemed pleasant at first, but it became apparent within moments that I was dealing with a nutcase.
