Hearing aid failed at around a year or so. Could not be repaired locally. Had to be sent to factory. No loaner hearing aid in the meantime. For this amount of money this is not acceptable.
Had hearing test yesturday.because my hearing had gotten worse in right ear.they adjusted my aids and cleaned them.no charge to me.ive had two pr from them.insurance coverd.they clean and replace parts on em if needed.i totally recomend them.they take care of you.would cost more if you bought some on line.than your stuck with taking care of em .very happy with hearing life.
