The best people work there. Not to mention, they take very, VERY good care of me.
Dr Mike was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He tested my hearing using advanced methods and interpreted them. I will be going back to order the hearing aids he recommends. I trust him to not just sell me the most expensive ones as others have done and they didn’t meet my expectations.
Mike and Vernita were absolutely wonderful! They are so friendly and understanding. Very professional and compassionate about what they do and how they treat their customers. Mike had everything ready and charged up. They dealt with our Insurance company and just made the entire process from beginning to end run seemlessly. We would highly recommend this group to anyone who has hearing loss. They truly care. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option! Thank you Mike and Vernita!!!!
