The tests were very thorough. I went to another Big name hearing testing doctor and they only did one simple test. Mike did multiple tests and was very thorough. Explained everything very well and what he recommended.
This was the first visit and Mike was very thorough in explaining the different aspects of hearing loss. The exam was completed with immediate results. We were very confident in the recommendations and purchased. Lots of information and directions as to use and office benefits were provided.
