IMO, this hearing aid business is a total scam for seniors. They charge an exorbitant amount of money, $6,000??? for hearing aids and offer very little support, if any, and the hearing aids don’t even work well. They claim that they’re top of the line and adjustable, but that is false. I wish my dad would’ve gone to Costco. Me and my brothers have spent hours trying to help him use these and we’ve spent countless hours going back back-and-forth ( we don’t live locally) to try to get proper technical support which is slow or ... read more
