Just left an appointment with my 99 year old mother in law. Melena was kind, patient and caring. I highly recommend HearingLife. Melena did not rush us, took an incredible amount of time demonstrating the use of the new hearing aids and making sure they were perfectly calibrated. HearingLife in Brookline is lucky to have such a caring specialist. I realized it takes a special person to be a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Melena Davenport is that special person!
Mel was very helpful with all my needs went above and beyond with picking up my hearing aids in Waltham and having them back to the Brookline office the next day as I was without hearing aids due to fixing them she also noticed I needed better mold -speaker in my right ear due to my bad hearing lost in my right ear
