Lee and Stephanie have been fantastic. Lee initially told me about the Government grant available for low income seniors. She booked an appointment for my mom, who had 10 year old hearing aids that didn’t work well at all. Lee got us an appointment same day, and Stephanie worked with my mom, fitting her with brand new hearing aids, that took only a week to arrive. It WAS the best Hearing Office in town until Hearinglife took over. Lesa and Rhean are no longer there, they had the best service and made you feel like family. I would go else where now.
