Dr. Fu(ENT Surgeon) and Lauren(assistant) are amazing. They are direct and brief. Highly recommend.
I don’t really understand the negative reviews on Dr. Fu and the clinic. He doesn’t strike me as someone that is arrogant, rather someone that is knowledgeable. He is a specialist and he knows his stuff. Very efficient and doesn’t waste your time. I get some people may want more information and details but I’m sure if you ask he would explain and provide education. Dr. Fu is young and arrogant. He shows No patience and didn't want to listen to the patient's description of symptoms. No any efforts from him to make to address the patient's concern and have a reasonable exam of the patient. The communication with the patient is very poor as well. Strongly recommend not go to see him. Don't waste your time!
