I waited one month for the appointment but everything was disappointing. Dr Terrence doesn’t seem to know much he examines patients the same way doctors do at any regular walk in clinic. It felt like I went to see a family doctor not a specialist. He doesn’t seem to have any real knowledge I honestly don’t understand how people like him become doctors.
My God, this place is absolutely pathetic! I went all the way from Oshawa with my husband (a 50-minute drive) only to experience the most unprofessional and disgusting behavior. First, Dr. Fu’s receptionist rudely demanded $50 for a so-called “missed appointment fee” when I never received any reminder or call. When I calmly asked her to show me the email, she started shouting at me and talking with extreme rudeness.
