I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Fu specialist clinic. I was referred here by my family doctor. The clinic claimed they had tried calling me but couldn’t reach me. However, I never received any calls from them. My family doctor then asked me to contact the clinic directly to book an appointment. Had a great experience with Dr. Terence Fu, ENT. I would recommend him any day. The receptionist is amazing! My medical issues were addressed by Dr.Fu with care and professionalism and in a very timely manner. Excellent surgeon and extremely knowledgeable!!
we waited for more than one hour for our appointment from our original time. This is totally unacceptable. Additionally the 2 people by the desk were extremely rude ABS impatient to some customers. Do not RECOMMEND
After a very disappointing experience with a previous ENT who dismissed my concerns, seeing Dr. Fu was such a relief. He was attentive, took the time to listen, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I finally felt heard and validated, and I’m confident in his assessment and plan moving forward. I found Dr Fu to be slightly arrogant. My advice to him is to be humble and to speak with his patients in a kinder and friendlier tone. A smile also does not hurt. On the flip side, the receptionist was so so so so friendly (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you know who you are).
