After a very disappointing experience with a previous ENT who dismissed my concerns, seeing Dr. Fu was such a relief. He was attentive, took the time to listen, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I finally felt heard and validated, and I’m confident in his assessment and plan moving forward. I found Dr Fu to be slightly arrogant. My advice to him is to be humble and to speak with his patients in a kinder and friendlier tone. A smile also does not hurt. On the flip side, the receptionist was so so so so friendly (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you know who you are).
Dr Fu has zero patient on explaining anything useful, any question asked replied with ignorant tone and impatient. Huge avoid for coming
Came in for ear issue, Dr Terrence has show nothing but impatient. Any question asked replied with unwillingness respond and rude word.
