Our initial appts went well but after my father had numerous issues we were treated rudely and spoken down to. Our last (and final) appt we were not even asked into a private room. Rebecca spoke rudely to my 92 yr old dad and gave us false information around worksafe policies, which I called worksafe on to confirm. Decided to go elsewhere.
