This is an amazing hearing center! Sandra, the hearing specialist spent at least 50 minutes with us, was thorough and explained everything clearly and patiently. Misty, the administration officer, is a lovely lady who takes her time explaining everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
I had wax build up in my ears.. & needed them to be flushed..very professional service and the Audiologist explained everything to me, also had hearing test done, highly recommend.
Misty went above and beyond to help me finding a Hearing Life location that offers micro-suction wax removal. I had contacted 12 medical personals at other medical facilities only to hear that I should wait for a specialist's appointment to have it done while everyone knew it'd take 3-9 months to get. Misty took an initiative, contacted her management and found the providers in other towns. My appreciation to people who care!
