Both myself & my fiancé made appointments for hearing tests here. Turns out we just mumble & have excellent hearing 😅 The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The appointments were quick & professional. The facility is immaculately cleaned & all COVID policies are in place & enforced. I was very pleased with my experience.
Excellent, friendly service! I was looking for customized ear protection. The first set came back inaccurate but they quickly remolded my ears and the second set came back perfect! Throughout the process I was assured that my comfort and satisfaction were their priority, and that was certainly the case!
Had a wonderful experience at Prairie Hearing center, the staff was warm, helpful, prompt and had great communications as to wait times for service. We will be back!
The Audiologist was very professional and friendly. I would most definitely recommend the Prairie Hearing Center to all of my friends and family.
