I was most impressed with Charlotte Holman. She was very professional as well as knowlegeable. I would recomend her to anyone needing an audiogist.
Charlotte Holman was not ethical in her review of my QTC examination. During my testing of my hearing she started the test over several times when I told her I didn't hear the beeps until she received the results that she wanted. She kept asking me "are you sure you did not hear the beep" and every time I told her that I didn't hear it she would say, well let's try it again, and would restart the test. Polite. Respectful. Clean. Quick. They were friendly and got the job done.
She was one of the Worst.!! Being of African American decent, she immediately started her “ I’m down “ vernacular. So disappointing, as a veteran i passed this on to the powers to be knowing ahead of time how my rating would go. Thankfully I have some of the best VA lawyers in the business. PLEASE MY FELLOW BROTHERS, if you are scheduled with HER, please ASK AND DEMAND a different doctor. Preferably one that’s not a one woman’s Army..!!
Dr. Holman is terrific...professional and extremely knowledgeable.. Great personality, fun experience, she kept me laughing. I hope all vets for hearing evaluation are as fortunate as me to be tested by Dr. Charlotte Holman.
