Sydney was fantastic. Helped correct a problem I was having with my hearing aids 🤗
I like to highly commend Angela for voluntarily fix my hearing aid problem. My left hearing aid did not work. So I come to the office to talk with the secretary Gretchen. Gretchen suggested that I made an appointment. While I was talking with her about the day/time to come for another visit. Angela in the neighboring office heard about it and rush out to offer help. She then took the hearing aid back to her office and fixed it in minutes.
Janis is very. Knowledgeable friendly, and can put you at ease. takes her time and make sure you’re hearing aids are comfortable and doing what you need to get you the best Hearing experience.
Was very friendly and informative,found out I had a hearing problem that I wasn't aware of and that they could help me with Hearing aids!!! So I purchased the Diamond level ones!!😁
Dr Sydney is wonderful! She is thorough in her explanations and examinations. I followed her to this office from the Penn Hills office for that reason.
