Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and overall, a pleasant experience.
Where to start. I like most hearing impaired men, in particular ,are very skeptical of hearing aids. I have heard all the excuses and have used some myself. This is my second set of hearing aids. The current set blows hearing aids out of the water. I gave them a rigorous test recently. A brunch at a very busy restaurant, a High school graduation followed by an after graduation party. We have been going to Hearing Unlimited for a about 10 years or more. We find reception and phone line to be curteous and caring. Staff is well trainned, makes great suggestions (especiially for the best ear inserts for an individuals ears), listens to the customer, willing to make many adjustments as needed and caring. We have been very happy, especially when we see how other people's hearing aids do not fit properly....OURS ARE GREAT. Thank you to all the staff.
Examination of the ear drums and cleaning of the hearing aids went smoothly. After multiple scheduled visits the service at each visit has been top notch!
