Had a problem with there Centeral answering service and not being connected to the office I used but the problem was straitened out and was given personal number . That solved my complaint and they were very apologetic and quick to respond .

The whole experience from start to finish was painless. I filled out the intake paper work online. The office visit started within a few minutes of checking in. The testing process was simple and quick. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Oh, and I still can't believe what I'm hearing again.
Thanks to Lacy at the Harmar Office, I am very pleased with my hearing aid experience. She is professional, personable and knowledgeable. After she listened to my issues, made a thorough assessment, then explained the results, I tried the hearing aids. With tinnitus and hearing loss, I immediately realized what a difference they made.
