Max is great with people like me. He knows what he is doing. And if he doesn't know what to do, he is not afraid to get help elsewhere. There products are at the same price or a little cheaper than the stores or online. Just recently, I had to order hearing aids batteries from them because no one has the type and size of the same. I had this size a long time ago when I was first fitted in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been to so many audiologists but in my opinion, Max is the greatest of them all.
This place is not very dependable as far as ordering you items correctly the first time. The owner now what I've been told now precious owner has no respect or compassion for his clients.
I was using loaner aids and my old streamer since mine had been sent in for repair. They had been returned, but we were waiting for Max to return to the office so he could program them. Well, my old streamer I was using "died" completely. That meant I had no way to hear on my phone and Mas wasn't due back for another week. Marty stepped in and helped me get my new streamer programmed at another hearing facility that they work with so I would have phone capability until I could get my aids programmed a week later. This is the place to go for hearing aids. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. They make sure you are happy and if something needs to be adjusted, they do it with a smile on their face. Rynda, you are amazing with your work. Thank you Hearing Systems for a new lease on life!!!
