Just fitted with two aids. Michael and Carol are a please to deal with--professional and are doing a great job for me. Michael has been seeing me every couple of weeks, and tweaking my aides to get them perfect. I had purchased an aid some years ago from another provider, and didn't receive anywhere near this level of service and care. I would recommend anyone thinking of getting a hearing aid to check in with them.
