Carol and Michael are welcoming, personable, and warmly professional all at once, but most importantly they are problem solvers. My profoundly hard of hearing father moved back to NJ from AZ mid-pandemic in May 2020 with a hearing aid that was more irritating than helpful and three caption phones to set up. Michael and Carol are very helpful I recently was fitted with 2 hearing aides and Michael has had me go back every few weeks to adjust them. He is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining procedures. I would recommend Hearing Solutions to anyone. They get 5 stars from me.
