Why is it that glasses are everywhere but hearing devices have some sort of stigma? It's hard to admit when it's time for some help, but decades of loud music, guns, power tools, and explosions (some intentional, some not) take their toll. I'm sure getting older has *nothing* to do with it.

Hearing solutions is outstanding when it comes to patient care, up to date technology, and knowledgeable. They were so kind and truly supportive as they helped me with my hearing needs. I can’t speak enough praises about them!

Very satisfied with the service and products rendered here so far. However, the manufacturer of my Hearing Aids did not support any Android phone apps used to control my Hearing Aids. Only "I" Phones were supported and I was recommended to change/purchase a New "I" Phone. I brought this to their attention and they did contact their provider. Now "some" android phones (but not mine still) are supported. So if you have a cell phone made by Motorola, beware that app issues may be present.

Business response:

We are hoping that very soon all “smart phones” will provide direct connectivity and be supported by all manufacturers.

Stay away from this place! They are nothing more than money grabbers! I was quoted a price of $255 to get a pair of Phonak hearing aids reprogrammed for my husband. This was supposed to be the "out-the-door" price including reprogramming and the hearing test, without insurance I might add. I had asked, and was told that this was something they could do in their office. Since this was a hundred less than others had quoted I made my husband an appointment. Today, at the appointment, he was told that the cost would be almost $15... read more

I have owned my new hearing aids for 6 hours now. I am totally amazed at how much better I can hear! I am hearing so many sounds that I have never heard before, and having a conversation is no longer a struggle. The Service and Attention I have received at Hearing Solutions of NC Far Exceeds my experiences with other Audiologist! Thank You!

Dr. Oden was very thorough. Very patient with questions and knowledgeable with answers. Made for a very comfortable visit. I look forward to working with her on this journey to better hearing.
