I needed to schedule a last minute appointment. I found the service and expertise excellent. I was shown much care and empathy.
If I could give no stars I would – We had an appointment with Dr. Marcia Raggio, this morning (April 4, 2009) at 11:30 am. We were finally called into the doctor's office at 12:20 pm. Aside from the long wait time, my real complaint would be the way that she reacted to my four year-old son. We were to enter the "hearing booth" to test his hearing after a back-to-back series of ear infections that occurred a month ago.
