Hearing Life of Tulsa, Oklahoma was phenomenal. The staff were courteous and accommodating. I was made to feel comfortable and allowed to ask questions to put my mind at ease. The actual test took less than 15 minutes and my results were provided to me immediately following the test. The results were broken down for me in layman's terms and I was easily able to understand my hearing health. Everything when well and I had no issues. Waiting on hearing aids to see how they perform.
That was the best exam I've ever received. My hearing aids are working much better, and I'm hearing sounds that I hadn't heard in some time. Joe was patient and thorough in explaining everything throughout.
Very professional, but showed they care for your needs. Not "pushey".
