Bill did an exceptional job of tuning my hearing aids and checking my hearing.
I went in their office ( no appointment) to see if they could repair my broken hearing aid, and they did. I ended up purchasing a new set. The whole process was so easy. Thanks Hearing Life for working with me!!!
Bill Cohen was very knowledgeable at hearing life and listened to every concern I had - this is the first visit since I bought my hearing aids that I felt relief! Before my visit with Mr Cohen I would not have recommended optician hearing aids to anyone and totally convinced I was never going back- meeting with Mr Cohen I have a total different opinion.
