I have been going to the Hearing Institute for over 5 years for ear exams with Dr Susan Schwartz, and more recently got my hearing aids from them and had them serviced a couple times. Every time I’ve gone, I have received great and friendly service. I have been able to get a quick appointment for minor adjustments on them with a days notice, and had to wait for him to be available. Dr. Schwartz was very thorough. I was shocked that she was able to diagnose my problem without needing to be sent for additional testing. Everything in one visit including a hearing test. Thank you! I hope my insurance continues to keep you on our list of preferred providers.
