I had a good experience... although no hearing test conducted because I had a ruptured eardrum (tympanic membrane). Connie and the receptionist both were very friendly. Will have a callback around middle of October to see if my eardrum has closed by then.
I was advised that hearing test and hearing aid adjustment were complimentary. Then I was charged 50 dollars for an office visit.o
