The appointment was very efficient and professional with wit and humor at just the right time. The test was explained in plain terms.
I received professional service in a manner that made me feel at ease the entire visit.
Very nice professional ladies.
I had a good experience... although no hearing test conducted because I had a ruptured eardrum (tympanic membrane). Connie and the receptionist both were very friendly. Will have a callback around middle of October to see if my eardrum has closed by then.
