Front of house and doctor are great!
My daughter was recently diagnosed with significant hearing loss and is a patient at Hearing Health Services. We’ve been treated with so much patience and kindness as we navigate a new life with hearing aids. Both the doctor and the front office staff are wonderful!
Everyone in the office is focused on taking really good care of their patients. They went out of their way to get me in when i urgently needed my hearing aids. Dr Jarrell is as caring as she is competent. What healthcare everywhere used to be....HHS still is. Cannot recommend highly enough

Kudos for curb side service. I needed a small fix for my hearing aid this morning. Lisa works with Dr. Kristine Jarrell at Hearing Health Services in Coupeville. Since most businesses are closed to personal contact, Lisa met Jack in the parking lot, took the aid, went back into the office, fixed it and brought it back to Jack. Talk about personal service! I really appreciated it. Dr. Kristine Jarrell is a Board-Certified Audiologist. She began serving the community of Whidbey Island, WA in 1995.

I just had my hearing checked here and was very pleased with both the receptionist and the doctor. Very nice ladies, pretty too. The whole visit was very pleasant, professional, but friendly. So, when I decide to get my hearing aids I will definitely come back here. 😊
