Dr. Heidi and staff make you feel like a family member.
I this is the first time we were there and strictly accidentally. I have new set of hearing aids from another company that I was having a lot of trouble with them. Heidi started from square one by the time we left our problems were going to be fixed. Thanks
The BEST! Heidi always has been willing to listen to and work with my anal retentive engineer way of addressing my hearing issue. Extremely personable and totally committed to making my hearing as good as it can be given the issues that I have. She and Mary are also just great fun to be around!
Very pleased. I have been seeing Dr. HEIDI for some time. I kind of quit wearing my old Oticon,as it wasn't working well. Well I went in for a hearing test and got some great advice and am now updating my hearing aids. Very nice office, incredible staff,and a very welcoming atmosphere. Heidi, you and your company are the best! Thank you for helping me at age 69 and my dad,Louie,at 95.5. The service is top notch at every visit! Thank you ,Mary for all the help with the doors. That was our first outing with dads wheelchair and was a real struggle.You both made it very easy for us.
