Dr. Heidi has helped my husband with good hearing aids and other tools to make his life better with his profound hearing loss. Her staff has been efficient with their help with any issue we have had. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve been wearing different hearing aids for more than twenty years as my bilateral hearing loss has slowly become more and more pronounced. During the exam, becoming familiar with my Widex devices, and having many questions over the phone, working with Dr. Heidi and her staff has been easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this group as everyone there, as well as the products they sell, are fabulous!
The experience at the clinic with Dr. Heidi was really great. Everyone in the office had friendly words, called us by name and remembered us, explanations were in full and time was allowed for any questions. As a person new to hearing aids, I have to say I have had no problem with them at all and the adjustment has been easy for me. This is really the "smile clinic" for a great day! Dr. Heidi is well versed in her practice and is a good listener as well. She really wants the aids to work well!
