Very easy to get an appointment, excellent customer service and they did a great job with my ear cleaning so I am back to hearing normally again. I will return for any other future hearing issues or maintenance.
Today I took my 86 year old mother, a significant stroke survivor, to see Dr. Walker for updated hearing test. She was patient, so kind, and considerate of my mom’s handicaps. She took the time to remove massive earwax buildup also and talked to my mom during the procedure to keep her still and calm. Also, the office receptionist, Jennifer, was amazing as always to get my mom scheduled while I was in town and to explain to me the different types of hearing aids available as my brother needs a pair!!
