5 STARS Dr. Scarrow is outstanding! Not only is she professional but she is going to do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your "New Ears"! We didn't know her before our visit and we not only now have a caring doctor but feel as though we have made a lifelong friend. Dr. Scarrow totally radiates happiness and has a genuine thirst to please her customers. Thank You Dr. Scarrow for all you have done and we would recommend her 100% for your hearing needs.
Yes, I recommend the Hearing Center of Moultrie! My grandfather has struggled for a couple of years with hearing loss and he would ask us to repeat what we said many times. Ever since he went to the Hearing Center of Moultrie I’ve noticed an incredible change in not only my grandfathers personality but being able to hear again has changed his life.
I actually wanted to give it 5 stars but it wouldn't let me change it. Dr. Scarrow was awesome and had a wonderful experience. Very little wait time and very friendly staff.
She was unprepared for two appointments to the point we couldn’t be seen for what we needed for our daughter. We drove two hours for literally nothing. The doctor was unprofessional in how she handled the situation by laughing it off and down playing it both times.
Drove all the way there for them to tell me they didn’t have the parts they needed for my newborns hearing evaluation. Then two weeks later, got the parts, and cancelled on me the day before stating they still didn’t have everything they needed. And she was laughing about it like it wasn’t a big deal. Completely unprofessional and uncaring.
Nice staff. Very knowledgeable and informative. Great atmosphere!
