The staff at Hearing Center of a Hawaii is outstanding! While visiting family from the mainland for the holidays I had a problem with my TruHearing hearing aid. On short notice Dr. Tamashiro was able to fix the problem and a subsequent pairing issue. So grateful that I found someone trustworthy and willing to help me enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Tamashiro and staff is awesome and I can hear again...much mahalos 🤙
Dr Howard Tamashiro and his staff are so friendly and made my mom feel so comfortable. They tested her hearing and took a mold of her inner ears so they can make her hearing aid. Dr. Tamashiro explained everything to my mom in detail. We pick up the hearing aid at our next visit. I highly recommend Dr. Tamashiro and the Hearing Center of Hawaii.
Hearing Center of Hawaii does not return calls.COVID is no reason to stop a call back. Dr. Tamashiro is quick to sell but poor in servicing. My hearing aid never worked properly from the beginning. Will not recommend this business to anyone. There are other hearing aid centers more willing to help. Beware.
