This group is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly. They bend over backwards to accommodate my schedule. I had a warranty issue with my aides and they took care of it with no hassle or pushback whatsoever. Great customer service!
I tried many different doctors over the years. The absolute worst was Miracle Ear, a scam! that was about at least 8 years ago & they are still sending me advertisements . Finally I found Jack Felix. The very Best. He's had well over 45 yrs of experience sells several brands & even his own but will never sell a person something unless it's the right one for that individual.
