They had no appointment at Lavonia so I waited 6 weeks for an appointment this morning at 9:30. Drove 50 miles, get a call canceling my appointment. Family emergency no care giver available. Come tomorrow? No, take off from work drive 50 miles wait 6 weeks and all of a sudden you have an opening tomorrow??? Oh I know, all of today's appointments will be squeezed into tomorrow. Unacceptable. You are running a business and it's bad enough to change $5000 for $100 device but you have no backup, no plan to cover. I will take my ... read more
Very poor customer service. My parents in their 80's drove 30 minutes for my Mom's hearing to be tested. When they could not find the office they called for directions and were told since they would be 10 minutes late, they would have to reschedule. The new appointment would be 6 weeks later. Not at all happy with this lack of customer service.
Amazing clinic!! Dr. Thomas was incredible, checked me in and did my exam as well. She was super cordial, very informative and conducted my tests with full explanation as to what she was doing. Would highly recommend her if you have any need for her services. Hands down the best VA appointment I have ever been to!!
Great experience! Doctor explained hearing test an my loss of hearing so I could understand my problem. Doctor and staff took time with me to explain hearing aids and answered all my questions a some I didn’t even know I needed to ask. Great experience. Will recommend to everyone.
