I've never encountered such a lack of communication and blase attitude from a company. We're almost 5 months in to the process of replacing Mums hearing aids. Lost results, lost moulds, inconsistent comms, advice differing visit to visit at today I'm told they were never ordered in the first place! Mums 86, currently in hospital for MAJOR surgery and needs me with her almost 12 hours a day to communicate to medical staff because this useless organization can't get their shit together. Staff were very welcoming, but the hearing test I received was quick and not thorough at all. It was the same as I have had in a free screen on a truck in a parking lot, only briefer and I was charged full price. When I got there I was informed that children were using the booth, so I would have to be tested in the office. I sat at a desk next to a wall of windows with noisy construction happening outside. The audiologist agreed that the noisy area was not a good place for a hearing test, but did not choose another location.... read more
