We see Sheree at Frankston, she speaks directly to my daughter, makes sure she understands and relates with her, makes her feel seen and is kind and knowledgeable. Staff at the front desk are also lovely and welcoming.
Staff are very friendly and the practitioner explained everything clearly and answered my queries
I completed the test and was given a few options to think about. I was then informed l’d be contacted in a weeks time to see what I had decided. The next day I phoned to regarding a question l had and was told that the technician was with a client and he would call me back when the session ended. That was a month ago and I haven’t been contacted since.
I received my new Hearing Aid today and it is wonderful. Ruwanthi is so lovely and professional it makes my appointments so much easier. Thank you Hearing Australia Frankston.
