Before contacting Hearing at Home, I had tried two different hearing aids from two other providers. Neither one of them worked for me. Hearing at Home recommended the newly released Phonak Audeo Sphere for my severe to profound high frequency hearing loss. The Sphere has two chips, one designed specifically to filter out background noise. I can't believe the difference between the Sphere and the other models I've tried.
