Very knowledgeable about hearing aids. Took their time. Like what I saw. Just our of my price range
Very helpful. We were on vacation and my aids started to sound bad. They checked them and gave them a cleaning. Sounds great again
Did a crappy job with my relative. She wanted in-the-ear hearing aids because she is afraid of losing behind-the-ear with the glasses and mask and they pushed her to get behind-the-ear hearing aids. Also the website advertised doing real ear measurements, a sign of quality and evidence-based service, but the clinician did not do them with my relative and even said that these measurements do not work! The website also advertised dispensing many hearing aid brands, but in fact my relative was told she could only choose from 2 ... read more
