The providers and staff are caring and professional, the provide excellent service.
The audiologist was knowledgeable professional and extremely helpful.
Tanya was wonderful to work with. She was friendly and informative, and made the testing process almost enjoyable. She put more into it than the “push,push,push” I got previously over and over again. Likely “push,push,push” was previously standard operating procedure, but she made it into a much more informative experience with this new, to me, approach.
WARNING!!!!WARNING!!!!!! I went for a simple hearing test the audiologist said i had something in my ear that they clean me up so i said ok.Im crying as i write this so dr Megalla cleans me up he went so deep in my ear i felt it in my brain he went pass the eardrum i think he cut my tensor tympani or he cut my cochlea pulled out my hair fibers from cochlea i dont know i been doing research i cant figure what he did and more research and i think he pulled a tiny bit of my basilar membrane i dont know for sure what he did but ... read more
Noticing some potential hearing loss, I made an appointment with Janet Blank - audiologist. She was wonderful. Explained each of the tests before the actual tests - and the results after the tests. No high pressure to buy an expensive hearing aid, just recommendations. If you have hearing issues - please see Ms Blank.
