I have been a Sonus West Hills patient for over 10 year and have bought 3 sets of hearing aids from them totaling over $20,000.00 TODAY I HAD THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A PROVIDER! I brought one of my Phonak hearing aids in for repair last Monday (it is still in warranty) they said it would be 10 working days for the repair, that is ok.
