A few years ago, I had a hearing evaluation at Hearing Aid System, with Don Tucker. Don told that while there were some minor issues, everything was still within the normal range—no action was recommended, and there was no charge for the thorough testing and consultation! I have been coming here for over a decade , and the best customer service very quick and supportive they treat me like family.
I've been coming here since 2011 as a child in elementary school. The workers, as well as everyone, have always been so nice and kind! Everyone has been joyful to see you come back no matter how long it's been, and happily answer any questions you have, or even help you out if needed about your system you're using. I took my 89 year old father in for hearing aids and Don was excellent!. He provided a free hearing test, explained his options, processed his insurance, and set him up with a great pair of hearing aids. Don is professional and knows his stuff. Highly recommend. Thanks Don!
