Just had my second tune up today with my Phonak molded hearing aids. The service is absolutely top notch. Sandy is thorough, knowledgeable, personable - in short - a pleasure to work with. My hearing quality is fantastic and after one month, I’m totally comfortable wearing them 12 hours a day
A few years ago, I had a hearing evaluation at Hearing Aid System, with Don Tucker. Don told that while there were some minor issues, everything was still within the normal range—no action was recommended, and there was no charge for the thorough testing and consultation!
