I’ve only been at the Plano Site for a few months, but they have been very helpful! I recently upgraded to their new Vivia aids. I am so impressed with the power and amplification of these aids! I explained to my audio guy, Brad, i what I required and he provided the wonderful Vivia aids at a real decent price! These aids carry a three year warranty and that pleased me bunches! These aids far exceed the quality and technology of my previous aids! I’m thinking this is a great choice!

My hearing aids needed to be repaired and hearing express took care of it in 1-2 hours! If you wear hearing aids, then you would know how frustrating and isolating it is to be without your ears!
