I've enjoyed terrific service from Hearing Aid Express. I purchased a pair of Resound Nexia devices that perform very well in crowded spaces with high ambient noise due to many people speaking around me such as restaurants and other crowded spaces. Through three sets of hearing aids over the years, I've always received courteous, professional service at Hearing Aid Express.
I’ve had nothing but trouble with my new hearing aids and I’ve been very disappointed. However, hopefully we made a step to improve my Hearing with no tips on my Hearing Aid. I’m a couple adjustments. I appreciate their patience and dealing with me. They’ve been very helpful. Very kind and very professional.
