I highly recommend hearing consultants of Georgia for anyone looking for a provider who puts their patients needs first. I am a board-certified hearing instrument specialist in the state of Florida who has been in practice over 10 years, and my family 52+. I say this because a patient of mine was out of town and had an emergency with her hearing aids, that needed to be addressed that same day, as she had a very important family event the following day. Lili and Steve run an incredible practice. They are very knowledgeable and provide a thorough exam. After being fit with new hearing aids, I can hear my wife and daughter in the next room. No more struggling to hear, even when we're face to face. I highly recommend Hearing Consultants of Georgia.
Pushed hearing aids for me to purchase that she already had!!! I was not familiar with either brand/model...been wearing hearing aids for 32 years...so said I wanted to check them out for reviews before I decided. She accused me of getting an evaluation so I could order online!! My insurance only pays if I use someone who is in their network which totally leaves out online! Then I was charged $35 for the FREE hearing evalution!
