I called Heards appliance repair to get service on my Samsung dishwasher! They said they would send a serviceman over to do the repair. The serviceman stated he would need to order parts which cost $250 I paid the money and was told it would be 2 to three weeks. I called Heards back in three weeks. Heards stated he knew nothing about the repair or the parts order. Heards is the only appliance repair that I called. I feel kike I was ripped off by this business!
Responded the same day and delivered friendly service in regards to our needs. George has done enough work out our way we didn't have to give him directions.
I called and asked for service for a fridge and after making the appointment called back and said that I wanted him to check a washer also. He agreed immediately. He gave me a time, was prompt and on time and very patient with my questions as well as fixing both my problems with one visit. I found his charges to be very reasonable and found him to be very knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Heard wholeheartedly!!
Got my AC. fixed right the first time he came out. Had the parts on the van no back & forth or i will have to order it.
I was having trouble finding information about something with my gas stove. Finally I called Heard up and asked him. He took the time to explain to me what I needed and where I could get it. Thank you.
