My appointment with Patrick of HearCare was excellent. He examined my ears, installed new batteries and other parts. He made recommendations that were very helpful. The receptionist was excellent as well. I am very thankful for their care.
I have mild to moderate hearing loss. I first went to HearCare in 2018 to get a baseline of my hearing. At that time Ken said I had mild hearing loss at the higher frequencies with the most loss in my left ear. In 2024 it seemed to me that my hearing was getting worse so I made another appointment and Patrick tested me. My hearing was a little worse at the higher frequencies but my hearing at the mid-range in my left ear was below normal. I rented a pair of Oticon hearing aids for a test run.
