The lady who booked our appointment for both my husband and myself was good. The receptionist was also good. Anna was attentive, and very gentle in handling my case. A very positive experience. Everything was completed quickly and with ease.
I have received outstanding attention from Ana. From the start she has been extremely understanding and helpful. She has answered all my questions and concerns to my total satisfaction and has provided me with an excellent set of hearing aids.
